Any option to create the role based on the field values?

Hi all,

I want to know is there a way to create custom roles based on the field values in content.
for example, I have a country content model that is associated with another content model and I want to create the role to show only the specific country values to the India team, the same as for other respective country people.

’ i don’t want India team can view the Australia team contents which was created by the Australia team. the thing is all-region peoples are publishing in one content model.
