We are using contentful to deliver the contents to our web apps. But some of the security software blocking the CDN calls and eventually breaking our web pages. Is it something we need to in our setting or configurations of our web app.
We can’t ask our customers to make their configuration setting frequently. Any suggestions or guidelines to mitigate this issue.
Hi @ext-pitchiah.ramasub, cdn.contentful.com can resolve to a different IP depending on where an API request is from. The best way is to check periodically and open connections to the ranges: https://docs.fastly.com/en/guides/accessing-fastlys-ip-ranges
