What backup strategies are possible with Contentful?

TL;DR
- data is backed up daily across several servers
- data is backed up by two physicall seperate data centers with AWS
- if you want to have your own replica of the data you can always use the API or contentful-export to get it

Hi. If I needed to recover my Space or one of my environments using Contetful backup, how long would it take to restore those from the moment I contact Contentful support team?
