I am in free tier. It shows published as status but doesn’t reflect on the website. I am in master environment ( the default) & I am editing the text in an Admin role. There are two Admin to my free tier. I am not sure if the other Admin has publish right and not me …but then it shouldn’t show Published as status. Thanks for the help in advance.

Probably your frontend is not fetching the content or you are having an extra content layer (cache or static site) between Contenful and your Frontend.
You can verify the entry is published correctly using the CDA, if you see your changes with the API it means your frontend is not fetching published content correctly.
