Error "The HTTP response was malformed or invalid"

Hi,
I am using webhooks, contentful is hitting the endpoint but on contentful webhooks api logs i see this error message “The HTTP response was malformed or invalid”, I am returning simply 200 from node.

What is wrong in my response that contentful is showing this error ?
