How do I delete my organization?

I created a test organization, but don’t need it anymore.

How can I delete it, and will my content actually be deleted from your servers?

Hi @david!

Sure. You can remove your organization on Organizations and Billing > Subscription > Cancel subscription.
You’ll be notified that the data is scheduled for deletion from our servers for the certain date.

Hey Yuriza,

Click on the organization name shown at the top-left of the web app and select orgnization settings > subscription > cancel subscription.

If you are unable to do so, get in touch with us.

I cant seem to see the cancel subscription when i select into organization settings for my account
I would like to remove some organizations on my account

UPDATE 2019-07-09: Hi all, just a quick update on cancelling your subscriptions.

It is currently not possible to cancel your subscription via the WebApp.

Please feel free to submit a support ticket until further notice.
