How do we change the organization owner if the owner is unable to do it himself?

Dear Contentful Community,

The owner of our Contentful Organization has left our team without transferring the ownership. Unfortunately we don’t have his contact information and cannot reach him.
Is there a way to transfer ownership to someone else? I see an option to remove him, but I’m worried that this will delete our Space or Organization.

Hey Tatiana,

If there isn’t another owner in the org, you won’t be able to manage this yourself via the web app. If you open a support ticket, our team will help you get this sorted.
