Hi, I’m new to Contentful, and was wondering if it is possible to create a content model to support images with overlay text, where the text is not embedded into the image itself (for SEO purposes)? Thanks in advance!

Yes, you could create a content model with 3 fields: title, asset and the SEO text. Then you would need to use this content model as reference field in your main ‘page’ entry.
