Server error in entry

I am keep getting the following error over 4 hours . how to get rid of this error?

I don’t know if it’s your issue but I had it because someone else modified the entry while I had the windows opened.
Did you have the issue on every entries?

My colleague also gets this very often, it is almost unusable for her.
