What is the TTL for the CDN Cache

What is the TTL for the CDN Cache?
Even without any Content publishing, I noticed that the CDN would return a MISS after a few minutes.

Is there any documentation to explain the custom response headers we receive (Ex: contentful-cache, X-Timer)
