Hi, I am using contentful for the last couple of months. Now when I try to add new content or edit the existing one I am getting a “Connection Error” message.
Hi @mudasar.se , would you mind doing the following to see if anything makes a difference:
- clear the cache and cookies from your browser and try again
- try the same thing using a network without a VPN/firewall (e.g. your phone’s hotspot)
- try the same thing using a different browser (e.g. Firefox or Safari instead of Chrome)
If it is working using a different browser, then the issue may be an extension/add-on to the browser which is causing the problem (the culprit here is typically an ad-blocker!). You’d need to switch off all extensions and then re-enable them one by one in order to identify the culprit.
