Deploy does not work after deleting Content Models

We cleaned up our Content Models yesterday and deleted 4 Models we do not use anymore. We also deleted the content that was related to the models.

Now deploy for other Content Models (eg. Blog Post) does not work anymore.
Does anybody have an idea what the issue could be?

Does the issue still persists? Also, what do you mean by deploy other Content Models? Publishing entries or import/export Content Models to other environments?
