Does anyone know if the developers of Contentful have any intention of adding some kind of spell-checker?
We use TinyMCE to write content, but it’s housed within Contentful which disables the browser-based spell checking. It’s so bad that we are looking to move away from Contentful soon, as without some kind of spell checking, it’s impossible to… write content?
I must say I’ve found Contentful useful at times and appreciate parts of it, but it is a disaster in some regards and I now regret tying our platform to it as the limitations are now becoming critical. Writing anything user-facing is unusually difficult, and some of the very basic things we would expect like this or having more layout control make it almost unworkable.
If a spell-checking function was even on the roadmap, it would help enormously.
