Day 1: Errors, Overcharges and Ignored - Oh my!

I’m having sort of a terrible day one experience. I desperately want to like your product - my POC on the free tier went fine. But when I went to upgrade to Medium/Basic, I got many error screens.

I thought maybe there was an error with our card so I tried a different one - all trusting the “Don’t worry, nothing has been added to your monthly bill yet.” Well … it was. I have charges across multiple cards now and it’s been a full week and no one has answered my support ticket. Someone please help! I need all these charges reversed and just a single charge to remain.
